Which of these do you actually need?
Match the situation to the page, or call and we will do it for you.
You want solar and do not have it yet
Start with residential solar installation, or rowhouse and flat roof solar if your roof is flat. Houses in a historic district should also read historic district solar.
You have solar and want backup power
A battery retrofit adds storage to the system you already have, usually without touching the panels.
Production dropped or the app shows zero
Book low production diagnostics before buying parts; the cause is often a breaker, a string or a monitoring link.
You are about to replace the roof
Plan the removal and reinstallation with your roofer before the tear-off date.
Your installer closed or stopped answering
Orphaned system service takes over warranties, monitoring and paperwork.
You bought a house that has solar
Get a home-sale solar inspection and move the SREC registration into your name.
How we work
What stays the same on every job
Test before we sell a part
Repairs start with testing. We would rather tell you a breaker tripped than sell you an inverter you did not need.
Paperwork is our job, not yours
Permits, Pepco interconnection, historic review and SREC certification are filed by us as part of the work.
The roof comes first
If the roof or the electrical panel will not outlast the system, you hear about it before anything is priced.
One number, any hour
The same (202) 978-0232 line is answered around the clock, for a new system or a fault on a Sunday night.

Most are, across the nearby Maryland and Virginia suburbs. DC SREC registration only applies to systems located inside the District.
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day, and we book visits for the soonest safe time.
